Dorset Art Weeks: one week left
01st June 2008
There are hundreds of open studios and exhibitions to visit, until 8th June.
I've only managed to see about ten venues. Here are a few of my personal favourites so far:-
#95 Sarah Jack in Blandford, for the textured paintings of nudes
#310 Krystyna Evans in Ferndown, for the paintings of hares
#323 Walford Mill in Wimborne, for the sets of porcelain teapots
#326 Alison C.Board & Lindsey J.Cole, for Alison's use of colour and Lindsey's seascapes
Keira Lyn Rathbone, who was at the final week of the Lighthouse exhibitions with this picture of Bournemouth, done on a portable typewriter: amazing!
